How can I properly wash my products?

All True Souls Boutique products are machine-washable! To maximize the care of your products and to avoid snagging of embroidered threads, wash inside out and with delicate clothing items only.

Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

No, you do not need a PayPal account to shop with us! At checkout, tap "Pay with PayPal" and then "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to checkout as a Guest.

How do I know what size I am?

Please refer to our "Sizing" page for exact measurements. Also, please note that our shirt sizes run slightly large.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. What should I do?

No worries! If your order has not yet been shipped, email us at [email protected] ASAP so that we can send you your correct size. 

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

All True Souls Boutique products are made-to-order (please be patient with order processing!). Orders take 1-5 days to process, and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. You will receive your package within 5-10 days after placing your order.

What precautions is True Souls Boutique taking to prevent spread of COVID-19?

Prior to touching any products, our hands are washed and surfaces are sanitized. Rest assured each of our products are produced in a clean, sanitary environment.
